Really helps

This app helped me with getting my thoughts written down and gave helpful metaphors and explanations that helped me better understand my own mind and behaviour however the app is kind of glitchy and when I go into another page buttons will overlap and become illegible Please fix in future updates

I was searching for something that I could track my ups and downs and try to make sense of my mental health struggle. I got soo much more with this app. It is so helpful. Its like a mini therapy session right when you need it at your finger tips.

Best helping app I ever got

Ive been through tons of meditation and helping apps and this is the BEST by far. Its helped me more than my therapist has and I have to pay her $40 a visit. This app provides real help using cognitive behavioral therapy and has changed my life thank you for this app

I Like It

Using as a tool to overcome sever anxiety. So far so good. Especially in comparison to most of the other apps. Useful both as a diary and as a resource to assess thought patterns.

Amazing!

My favorite app right now. Everything is well put together. Ive tried from the breathing exercises to games to distract me from my anxiety and panic attacks and more. I also love the forum feature. I like to help other people and up lift them. As well as post when I need some advice or some cheering up or have any questions. Theres also a diary feature that only you can see and you can write and keep track of so many things like your moods. This is very effective. Most of the things here are things that my therapist has talked about. She would tell me to keep a journal and do a helpful exercises and now I can do them from the app and keep a record of them. This app is very friendly and very helpful. You can tell the creator/ creators where thinking of people in mind.

I was skeptical at first, I didnt think this would help me, but it has helped me so much. To whoever made this app, thank you so much. Its honestly saved my life.

Totally confused

The concept is great. However. When you first use, no log in is required. Then, after writing something on the Forum, was told I needed to sign in. No link given. Then, once I finally figured that out, I cannot get back INTO the Forum. Cant find it. Totally not instinctive to get around the stupid app. Not easy to use/save/see what you put in Diary section. Frustrated enough I may delete the thing. ?

I love the information and the app but it keeps glitching and layering the text when I go to a new page or section

Excellent

I’m trying to break a bad habit and keep track of my emotions / moods / feelings so my counselor and I can work to manage PTSD. This app is great to track notes, set goals, and find resources when it’s 2 am and you need to breathe.
