Very helpful.

One of the best apps for anxiety I have ever used!

Wonderful!

This app is amazing for anyone struggling with mental illness, it includes grounding activities a diary and just so many wonderful things to help you out! This app has helped prevent many panic attacks and helped me calm down when needed. I would recommend to anyone suffering. I hope more people come across this wonderful and amazing app! :)

Amazing App

This app has helped me a lot and I defiantly recommend it to anyone, even someone who is not suffering from mental illness per say, because everyone sometimes feels a bit low and if is really good for helping you practice mindfulness

Super helpful tools and advice. The steps for breathing exercises, self realization and things of that nature are wonderful. The quotes and hints are great too!

Great, so far!

Havent used all the parts of the app but so far everything seems really helpful. Love the colours--pink/orange is so relaxing and so happy the creator took the time to spread all these great methods for dealing w depression. Thank you!

Best App Ive found for Grounding Myself

This app is spectacular, since it gives you many prompts to question yourself about how logical you are being. These prompts help me realize when I am being too hard on myself or letting my disabilities upset me more than they should. Best of all, this app is free and isnt trying to promote a product: all the information is aimed at improving the lives and thoughts of users. I also appreciate that it is well written and so far I have not encountered any typos or grammatical errors, which is impressive. I cant wait to see any future updates the developer implements or other apps he/she creates since this kind of app is so rare.

I have psychotic PTSD due to sexual assault, and I am currently still in school with my attacker. This app has been great help. The breathing exercises are great help with my anxiety symptoms and the grounding exercise helps me during panic attacks, hallucinations, dissociative episodes, and strong violent urges. As a person who struggles everyday with trichotillomania and self harm, the habit trackers are incredibly helpful. The app as a whole takes on an uplifting tone and is a must have for anyone suffering from mental illness.

This app was made so thoughtfully and with such respect for the mental health community. Its also super easy to use. Im very grateful that its free free and I love using it!

Anxiety stomper

Hey I discovered this app while browsing reddit. It couldnt have come at a better time, the app helped me redirect my thoughts. I was able to play the games and name things to get my mind off of the anxiety. I definitely recommend this app to any anxiety sufferers! Read the helpful quotes!

My psychiatrist recommended me trying this app and it is so awesome. It is sleek and easy to use. The creator genuinely cares. There is a lot of awesome features and the community is really kind.

So, so helpful

This is the first and possibly only time Ill write an app review. This thing is so freaking good, exhaustive, and well designed that I cant believe its free. I sometimes use it all the time and sometimes use it some of the time, but its helpful for whatever level of help I need—whether its just tracking my mood so I can report accurately to my psychiatrist, or giving me seriously useful coping mechanisms in the moment when Im having an anxiety attack. Just f*cking download it. And donate if you have the money.

Thank you so much for creating this app. I only just got it and am finding it really helpful. Kind of feels like having a supportive friend with me. Love the CBT related exercises, quotes and affirmations, and the forums. The interface is beautifully simple and calming. I like how the forums take away any unneeded competitiveness by only allowing replies on posts and not likes. Highly recommend.
